| IT’S UP TO YOU |
| This program is geared toward the “at risk” student. In this talk, Andy will share some principles of choosing consciously. Students will discover the consequences of the choices they make, how to make better decisions and where to find the strength of their convictions to support them in decision making. Values, decision making and character building are an integral part of our society. As in all his programs, Andy will share from his personal experiences and offer “Strategies for Success”. |

| WHO DO YOU LOVE? |
| In this program, Andy will share a definition of self-esteem and students will be afforded an opportunity to explore their own greatness and potential greatness. Andy will share some of his experiences with self-esteem issues and how he was able to overcome them. As in all his programs, Andy will offer students “Strategies for Success.” |

| LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATIONS |
| This program is aimed at student leadership groups. During this presentation students will learn that the ability to communicate with others is among the most sought after criteria in business today. Students will learn the different styles of communications, such as visual, auditory, gustatory and kinesthetic. The y will learn clues to identify the various styles and how to effectively communicate in that style. Students will be introduced to the rules of leadership and learn what makes an effective leader and how to develop the skills and talents needed. |
